In the cultural debate during the later post-war period, the great architect "of the fun of doing" produced elements with a unique design that have entered the life of millions of homes. Hastil and Thesi, his creations for Aurora, are on permanent exhibition at the New York Museum of Modern Art.

He has also designed items for: Brionvega (Doney 14, Algol, TS 505), Siemens (Grillo), Kartell (Plastic chair for children).
